Welcome to this newly-remodeled home with a huge backyard complete with Pool, Hot Tub, Pickleball/Basketball Court, and a Putting Green! Located in central San Antonio close to everything!

This home has been completely remodeled while keeping it's charming brick exterior. The home sits on a large lot with a private fenced in backyard that is great for entertaining.
• We just built a brand new large pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed anytime of year! ($40/day for heat). Great for use during the day to escape the heat or swim in the evening in the brightly lit water!
• Newly designed yard includes a full Pickleball court and half basketball court as well as a putting green, you'll truly never run out of things to do here!
• Walk into a large open floorplan kitchen and dining room that has plenty of space for your entire group.
• Every room provides an excellent nights sleep on memory foam mattresses. 2 king beds in each master bedroom provide privacy and a wonderful nights sleep. The two other bedrooms include a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with 1 full and 2 twins! Even the sleeper couch is a queen memory foam mattress!
• Entertainers dream! We have large 4 large Roku-enabled 4k TVs throughout the house so you can stream all your favorite shows on whichever streaming services you have. We also provide a limited cable package through the Spectrum app free of charge! Additionally, games are everywhere in this home! We retro-fitted the garage to be the ultimate game room. Entertainment in the house includes:
- 4 Large 4K TVs equipped with Roku and limited cable
- Xbox Series X with plenty of video games
- Board games, such as Monopoly (San Antonio Themed), Cards against humanity, backgammon, and more!
- Ping Pong Table
- Foosball Table
- Arcade games that include Pacman and Galaga plus 8 more
- Poker Set and decks of cards
- Darts
- Cornhole
• With a huge backyard, we made sure that it has everything you need for a great time. On the back wood deck, you'll find a propane grill, seating lounge set, and fireplace. Perfect for hanging out outside and enjoying the warm Texas weather. Not to mention the brand new pool and hot tub plus putting green and pickleball court!
• The extra large kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook your entire group a delicious meal. Includes all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and baking supplies you could need. We even added a blender, rice cooker, serving platters, and plenty of spices for all your cooking needs. The brand new oven will make whipping up any meal a breeze!
• Coffee galore! We provide caffeinated and decaf coffee as well as plenty of tea and a tea kettle. Make your coffee in the Mr. Coffee traditional coffee maker or get a little fancy with the French Press.
• Guest access:
When you rent out this property, you will have access to the entire property. This is one single private home. You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home, except for a maintenance closet!

-The maximum guests is 12.
- Pool heat fee of $40/day
- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.
- While no one is on premises so that you have entire private access to the property, I am available by phone if you should have any questions or run into any issues.
- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm

Summary: Everything you have read in the more recent reviews is accurate. Our host was very responsive, the home was very clean, and the activities provided at the home are great for the grandchildren. The location is as stated, within 10-20 minutes of good restaurants and area attractions.Some other pluses that you don't always think about:First aid kit and fire extinguisher were easy to locate. Drawers and cabinets and light switches were clearly labeled.As a family we had a great time.Here are the items that caused me to give this rental an overall 4 star rating:1) The home is under what appears to be an alternate flight path, mostly notable in the later hours and early morning hours. And not every day.2) We often cook our meals when we travel. In this case we pre-determined we would eat dinners out, but have lunch and breakfasts in. I still checked out what was provided. Bottom line is the kitchen needs a complete set of new pots, pans, skillets, etc. More silverware, matching plates, bowls, and glasses would be nice. We went out to Costco and loaded up on disposables to solve the issue3) I have a safety concern with the pickleball court. One end has a 16" drop-off. If you are a serious pickleball player, this can be an issue.4) There was a heavy rainstorm before we arrived. This resulted in a mud puddle on the sidewalk making the porch inaccessible. The sidewalk needs to be raised or gravel installed to prevent this in the future.5) The pool umbrellas were missing.

Summary: Perfect house for multigenerational family vacation. We loved all the amenities (pool, pickleball court, putting green). Great layout with split bedroom with private bath and big kitchen. Definitely recommend!!

Summary: This is a nice property with many entertaining amenities located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the main street. Andre is a very responsive host and accommodating to any concerns and requests. Would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: We had such an amazing trip to San Antonio to attend my son's Air Force Graduation. Plenty of room for my family at this beautiful home with a one-of-a-kind backyard! The beds were super comfortable and offered a good night sleep after full days attending the Graduation events and taking in the sights of San Antonio. Great location and close enough to the key spots (The Riverwalk, The Alamo, Lackland AFB and San Antonio International Airport to name a few). The weather was fantastic during our stay and we enjoyed all the backyard amenities. My kids taught me how to play pickleball and I absolutely love the game! Andre's responsiveness to all questions made the entire process easy. He is such a wonderful host and would definitely stay at his home again!

Summary: By far the Best host I've ever worked with, Andre was more than responsive! This made our stay completely relaxing knowing we could depend on him if any issues may arise. There were a couple of hiccups with cleanliness, but nothing that couldn't be taken care of. I addressed some issues with the property prior to our departure and Andre said he would look into and take care of the issue. Overall it fit our family and we used the backyard and games in the garage a ton. The neighborhood is safe and friendly! Close to all the action and dining.

Summary: We stayed for the final four as a group of 8 adults. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the amenities offered by the property. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone trying to get away or enjoy any event in and around the River Walk/Alamo Dome area!

Summary: The host goes above and beyond to make the home perfect for guest. It’s the little things (like having coffee available and toiletries) that made this stay easy. The house has so many features that made it fun (swimming pool, game rooms, pickleball!).

Summary: Thank you to the host for a great property. This house was really comfortable for my family and a few other family members. We were in town for a funeral. This property allowed us plenty of relaxation and leisure. There was so much to do. The pickleball/basketball court is unique! I think we spent more time outdoors than we normally do with a rental home. We had plenty to do inside too. We liked the spacing of the rooms. They were laid out really well with a second master room in its own area of the house. The only thing we hadn’t considered was the flight path coming over us. It didn’t bother anyone at night. We all slept well. Don’t let that hold you back from booking here.

Summary: This house was perfect for our large family to celebrate an AF graduation. A few things we really appreciated:1. The host ordered a pack n play that we forgot to pack - saved the day! They also had a Christmas tree setup which was a really nice touch as we were also doing a delayed holiday celebration.2. House was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and other kitchen essentials.3. Backyard and playroom were fabulous! So many hours of fun for all ages!4. Proximity to grocery store, airport and river walk was helpful. 5. The pool was heated which was a great source of entertainment for our kids. They had plenty of towels and pool toys as well.6. The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of extra bedding and pillows.7. The neighborhood was quiet.
